How we work
- Concierge
- A single trusted point of contact who arranges and coordinates the things you need, so you do not have to manage each vendor yourself.
- Lifestyle management
- Ongoing help with the everyday tasks, errands, and occasions that make up daily life, handled on your behalf.
- Personal assistant
- Someone who takes on tasks and scheduling for you, from a single errand to regular support.
- Point of contact
- The one person or team you deal with for a request, instead of coordinating several providers yourself.
- Service fee
- The defined fee you pay Airsense for coordinating a request and managing the details.
- Supplier cost
- Third party costs, such as a flight, hotel, or vendor, passed through to you and confirmed before booking.
- Vetting
- The checks we carry out on a partner or vendor before they are trusted with your request.
- Completion proof
- Confirmation that a request is done, which may include photos, receipts, or a summary, where the request can be evidenced.
- Itemised account
- A clear breakdown of what was spent on your behalf, line by line.
- Request builder
- The tool on our site that lets you select the services you need and send them to us in one go.
Travel and arrival
- Airport pickup
- Meeting you or your guest at the airport and arranging transport to your destination.
- Airport transfer
- Transport between the airport and a hotel, home, or other location.
- Meet and greet
- Being received at the airport by someone who helps you through arrival and to your transport.
- Airport protocol
- Assisted movement through arrival formalities at the airport, where available.
- Itinerary
- A planned schedule of your travel, stays, and activities.
- Chauffeur
- A professional driver arranged for your transport.
- Short let
- A furnished property rented for a short stay, often as an alternative to a hotel. Also written shortlet.
Lifestyle and personal
- Errand
- A single task run on your behalf, such as a pickup, a drop off, or a purchase.
- Gift curation
- Choosing, sourcing, and presenting a gift on your behalf, wrapped and delivered.
- Personal shopping
- Buying items for you to your brief, from everyday needs to specific requests.
- Aso ebi
- Coordinated fabric or outfits worn by a group at a Nigerian celebration. We can help source it.
- Courier coordination
- Arranging and tracking the delivery of items on your behalf.
- Occasion support
- Help arranging the details of a birthday, anniversary, or other occasion, especially from a distance.
Property
- Property inspection
- A visit to check the condition of your property and report back, with photos where appropriate.
- Maintenance coordination
- Arranging and overseeing repairs or upkeep on your behalf.
- Vendor coordination
- Managing the tradespeople and suppliers involved in a property request.
- Caretaker service
- Regular checks and light management of a property you are not present to oversee.
- Property preparation
- Getting a property ready before your arrival, from cleaning to stocking essentials.
Corporate
- Corporate concierge
- Concierge support arranged for a company and its people, rather than an individual.
- Guest management
- Handling the arrival, transport, and hosting of a company's visitors.
- Staff logistics
- The recurring coordination, such as transport and travel, that keeps a team moving.
- Retreat or offsite
- A planned trip or event for a team, away from the usual workplace.
- Corporate gifting
- Sourcing and delivering gifts for a company's clients, staff, or partners.
Diaspora and seasonal
- Diaspora
- Nigerians living outside Nigeria. Many of our clients request help from abroad.
- Returnee
- Someone returning to Nigeria, whether to visit, relocate, or move back.
- Detty December
- The festive season in Nigeria, around December, known for events, travel, and gatherings.
Trust and safety
- Vetted partner
- A vendor or partner we have assessed and are willing to stand behind.
- Escalation
- Raising an issue directly with us so we can coordinate a fix, rather than leaving you to chase a provider.
- Discretion
- Handling your information and your requests privately and respectfully.
